Mallory Ames
Mallory grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and moved to Columbia, Missouri, in 1995. Growing up the youngest of three in a soccer-loving family, Mallory was introduced to soccer at the young age of 4. She quickly became involved with clubs in and around Columbia but found success on the nationally acclaimed J.B. Marine in St. Louis, Missouri. Throughout high school, she was a four-year varsity letter winner at Hickman High School, where she earned several awards. As a sophomore, she was named to the All-District second team and earned the team's Most Valuable Defender award. During her junior year, she served as a Kewpie team captain and helped Hickman to a Region 10 title. She was also a member of the Missouri state Olympic Development Program from 1997-2002, where she was a Region Pool player in 1999.
After high school, Mallory played on the University of Missouri Women's Soccer team from 200-2007. She graduated from MU in December 2008, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Art History and Spanish.
Mallory has been coaching competitively for 6 years, and has recently received her National "D" license. Mallory has coached for organizations such as Hickman High School, Columbia Pride, the MAC and Lou Fusz. She has coached kids anywhere from 2 years old to 17 years old. She was the
Head Coach of Hickman Girl's JV Soccer the spring of 2007, also training the Girl's Varsity team.
Tiger Toes Soccer began in the fall of 2008 at Day-cares and Pre-schools around Columbia. The program is offered throughout Columbia to provide our youth with organized exercise. The class meets once a week for 30 minutes ensuring that the children are increasing their sense of balance, body awareness and team work! In the Spring of 2009 Tiger Toes introduced its Leagues and Academies as well as the Mini Summer camps.
Most recently Mallory has received a Head Coaching job for two U-11 girls teams with Littleton Soccer Club in Littleton Colorado. Tiger Toes will be expanding to the Denver area in August of 2011.
Tiger Toes Soccer has hired on Coach Bailey Jungman to be a Head Coach. Coach Bailey will be taking over the Columbia branch in August of 2011. She has been an assistant coach with the program since the fall of 2009.
Bailey Jungman
Tiger Toes Soccer welcomes coach Bailey Jungman to the Columbia staff. She will be taking over the Columbia branch July 25th of 2011.
18 years and still playing and loving it more than ever. While I was active in every sport available to me, soccer has always been my number one passion. While living in Southern Illinois I started playing competitive/club soccer at the age of 10. Fast track to graduating high school with 4 varsity letters, I decided to further my playing years at William Woods University in Fulton MO. There, I studied and received in May 2010, my Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science in addition to minoring in American Sign Language. My love for children came naturally - I am the oldest of 11 cousins. I am thrilled beyond belief to be taking over what Mallory had started here in Columbia. I fully believe in the concept of what Tiger Toes Soccer can offer to any child. Tiger Toes has truly been a blessing for me and I look forward to making an impact to the program!
